Concept design for a new lightweight steel-framed facade to replace the existing precast concrete panel wall structure. The new steel structure will provide shading to the carpark and support a landscaped 'greenwall'. The rooftop is enlivened and activated by a new public space and auditorium. The design concept also includes new retail shops and a gallery along Elizabeth and Castlereagh Streets. |
