Interior space planning and design component of this $30 million upgrade commenced with preparation of a comprehensive accommodation study of existing space usage in a dozen separate existing FSC areas and buildings, followed by the design of an efficient new integrated 6,000 sqm fitout in 3 new adjacent and purpose designed buildings. New fitout includes offices, training rooms and meeting rooms, main control room, data room, call centre, laboratories and specialised workshops, stores, lunchrooms and locker rooms. Construction will commence in early 2012. |
